Ajaden, Lord of Shadows

The most machiavelic of the Archdemons, who tried to federate the other powers of the Abyss against the Primal Plane by manipulating them to prevent imbalance in the lower realms of the Abyss. He is the one behind the Lord Demons' and Dukes of the Underworld's rise in power after the First Demonic War, to balance some of the Archdemons' might and divide a part of the Abyss over which he had no control.
Cautious and cunning, he is often seen as Sagaan's indirect opponent in their Universe-wide hellish chess game. He was defeated by mortals while trying to open a passage between Raxxon and the Abyss, and is since stuck between the two planes, unable to take a second of respite lest he be crushed by the immeasurable forces between the dimensions.
